There is a 5-storeyed building in constructivism style next to the Drama Theatre. This reconstructed and late 2-storeyed house was the residence of Mayor till 1915. In 1915 it became the residence the Revolution Council. In 1932 the architect P.Shcherbachev reconstructed the building. The building was in ampere style at first and after the reconstruction only the hall remained.

There is a low door next to the front stairs, which hid one of the supersecrets of the World War II - Stalin's bunker. 192 stairs lead to the mine 8 m in diameter. There are studies, living rooms, service and economic rooms in the bunker. There is no other such an outstanding building in the world as this one. It was built from March till December in 1942.
