Only these Samara hotels have the legal right to issue the so called registration which all the foreigners must get into their passports in 3 days or 72 hours after entering Russia. The registration is a special paper inclusion in the passport confirming the place where you stay in Russia.
You can reserve any other Samara hotel to get the hotel reservation conformation which we call The Hotel Voucher. However other hotels will not issue the so called registration. To get the registration in this case a foreigner should go to Samara Visa and Registration Department, stand a long line, fill out fill out lots of papers, pay Sate dues in a bank and get the registration. As an option we can do it for you. We charge $50.00 for obtaining registration in 24 hours with no problems and waste of time.

Some foreigners come to Samara, Russia and stay at their friends. In this case the friends should take care about the invitation and registration. 3. pay hotel reservation bill on-line here You should pay only $15.00 for each day you want to stay in Russia. This payment will not let you actually stay in the hotel but will provide you with the legal Hotel Voucher, which you need to apply for a tourist visa and get the registration.
Visa information
PASSPORTS: Valid passport required to enter Russian Federation. The passport must be valid for at least 3 months after departure. Whilst in the country, visitors must carry ID at all times.
VISAS: Required by all except some former Soviet Union Repablics.
Types of visa: Tourist; Multiple-entry; Business; Private and Transit visas.
Cost paid at Russian Federation embassy or consulate: Tourist, Business and Private visas: $10 (the price of the Ordinary Business visa increases if the visa is required urgently, same day processing costs $80). Multiple visa: $100. Transit visa: $10-$15. However all the aplicants for Russain Visa are advised to contact the nearest Russian Embassy or Consulate for up to date prices.

Application requirements
Tourist visa:
(a) Completed application form. (Ask the form at your nearest Russian Federation embassy or consulate).
(b) 3 recent identical passport-size photos.
(c) Valid passport.
(d) An inviattion, a hotel voucher and a reference number, issued by an authorized travel company or hotel in Russia. (SamaraTour Travel agency will do it for you after you pay $60 visa charge and fill out the Visa Form below).
(e) Fee. (Ask about the exact amount of the fee and payment procedure at your nearest Russian Federation embassy or Consulate).
(f) Postal applications must be accompanied by a large, stamped, self-addressed envelope.
Business visa:
(a) Completed application form. (Ask the form at your nearest Russian Federation embassy or consulate).
(b) 3 recent identical passport-size photos.
(c) Valid passport.
(d) An inviattion, a hotel voucher and a reference number issued by a registered company in Russia which arranges business invitation. (SamaraTour Travel agency will do it for you after you pay $50 visa charge and fill out the Visa Form below).
(e) Fee. (Ask about the exact amount of the fee and payment procedure at your nearest Russian Federation embassy or Consulate).
(f) Postal applications must be accompanied by a large, stamped, self-addressed envelope.
Working days required: Depending on type of visa: 1 to 10 days. Applications for visas may not be made earlier than 3 months before departure, and in no case later than 14 working days before departure, whether by post or personal visit.
