Booking Flight and Transfer

Samara has only one airport, which is used both for international and domestic flights. The name of the airport is Kurumoch. The old abbreviation of Samara (Kurumoch) airport mentioned in most of flight booking systems is (KUF) which stands for Kuibyshev, the former Soviet times name of Samara. Samara (Kurumoch) airport is situated some 55 km or 35 miles away from the city itself. We provide car transfer from the airport to the hotel in the city for 40 EUR. Samara is an easy place to get to with regular flights from Moscow, St. Petersburg (Russia), Frankfurt (Germany) and irregular flights from Tel Aviv (Israel), Prague (Czechoslovakia) and Larnax (Larnaca, Cyprus). Most of other international flights are transit and they are done via Moscow or Frankfurt.
